94. In section 45(1) (interpretation of Part I), insert at the appropriate alphabetical place—
““appropriate tribunal” means—
(a)
in relation to a dwelling-house in England, the First-tier Tribunal or, where determined by or under Tribunal Procedure Rules, the Upper Tribunal;
(b)
in relation to a dwelling-house in Wales, a rent assessment committee;”
