1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2013 and come into force on 23rd May 2013.
(2) In these Regulations, a reference to a numbered regulation is to that regulation of the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme Regulations 2012(1).
