9.  The following regulations are revoked—

(a) the Hill Farm Allowance Regulations 2006(1);

(b) the Hill Farm Allowance (Amendment) Regulations 2006(2);

(c) the Hill Farm Allowance Regulations 2007(3);

(d) the Hill Farm Allowance Regulations 2008(4).
