This Order may be cited as the Growth and Infrastructure (Commencement No.1 and Transitional and Saving Provisions) Order 2013.

In this Order—

• “the 1945 Act” means the Statutory Orders (Special Procedure) Act 19452;

• “the 2008 Act” means the Planning Act 20083;

• “the Act” means the Growth and Infrastructure Act 2013”;

• “development consent” means an order granting development consent under section 374 of the Planning Act 2008; and

• “Examining authority” has the same meaning as set out in section 865 to the 2008 Act.
