Appointed days for the coming into force of certain provisions of the Act2

24th January 2013 is the day appointed for the coming into force of—
a
the provisions of the Act listed in Part 1 of the Schedule for all purposes;
b
the provisions of the Act listed in Part 2 of the Schedule, for the purposes of making orders or regulations;
c
the provisions of the Act listed in Part 3 of the Schedule, for the purposes specified in that Part.

19th February 2013 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the provisions of the Act listed in Part 4 of the Schedule, for the purposes of making appointments.
