7.—(1) The Bovine Semen (England) Regulations 2007 M1 (“the 2007 Regulations”) are amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).
(2) For regulation 41 substitute—
“41. The fees payable to the Secretary of State are as provided by regulation 7(4) of the Animal Health (Miscellaneous Fees) Regulations 2013.”.
(3) Omit regulation 42.
