Provisions coming into force on 1st October 20133
The following provisions of the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013 come into force on 1st October 2013—
a
paragraph 1 of Schedule 20 and section 72(4) so far as relating to that paragraph;
b
section 72(4) and paragraph 2 of Schedule 20 so far as relating to the enactments referred to in Schedule 2 to this Order.
