In the definition of “cosmetic product” in Schedule 2 of the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002 M1 for “regulation 2(1) of the Cosmetic Products (Safety) Regulations 1996” substitute “ Article 2 of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council on cosmetic products (recast) as amended from time to time ”.
