19.  In Part 3 of Schedule 1, under the heading “Consumer and business protection”— U.K.

(a) omit “Cosmetic Products (Safety) Regulations 2008”;

(b) insert “ the Cosmetic Products Enforcement Regulations 2013 ” at the appropriate place.
