Provisions coming into force on 31st July 20135
The following provisions of the Act come into force on 31st July 2013—
a
section 20 (variation of consents under Electricity Act 1989), in relation to England and Wales so far as it is not already in force; and
b
section 21(1) to (3) (consents under Electricity Act 1989: deemed planning permission).
