The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 28G(3), 42, 51(1), 52(4), 54 and 55(1)(b) of, and paragraphs 10(1) and (2)(b) and 10C(2)(b) of Schedule 1 to, the Child Support Act 19911and sections 55(3) and (4) and 57(2) of the Child Maintenance and Other Payments Act 20082 makes the following Regulations:
