The Coroners and Justice Act 2009 (Coroner Areas and Assistant Coroners) Transitional Order 2013

The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 1(3) of Schedule 2, paragraph 2(1)(a) of Schedule 3 and paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 22 to the Coroners and Justice Act 20091 and after consulting in accordance with paragraph 1(4) of Schedule 2 and paragraph 2(2) of Schedule 3 to that Act, makes the following Order.
