19. In regulation 142(3)(a) (amount of assistance in respect of courses beginning before 1st September 2012) of the Student Support Regulations—
(a)in sub-paragraph (i)—
(i)for the comma after “support” substitute “ or”;
(ii)omit “ or council tax benefit”; and
(b)in sub-paragraph (ii), omit the words from “or under” to the end.
