These Regulations may be cited as the Electricity (Competitive Tenders for Offshore Transmission Licences) Regulations 2013 and shall come into force on 22nd February 2013.

Subject to regulation 2, the Electricity (Competitive Tenders for Offshore Transmission Licences) Regulations 2010 (“the 2010 Regulations”)4 are revoked.
