SCHEDULE 1 AMENDMENTS TO PRIMARY LEGISLATION

PART 1 Amendments to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000

19.  In section 272 (individually recognised overseas schemes)(1), in subsection (1)—

(a) after paragraph (b) insert “and”; and

(b) omit paragraph (c) (including the “and” following it).
