In section 382(9)(a) (restitution orders) M1—

(a)

omit “or” after sub-paragraph (i);

(b)

after sub-paragraph (ii) insert—

“; or

(iii)

which is imposed by the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Regulations 2013;”.
