Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Carrying on Regulated Activities by Way of Business) Order 2001 U.K.

7.  For article 3(2)(g) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Carrying on Regulated Activities by Way of Business) Order 2001 M1 (investment business), substitute—

“(ga) article 51ZA (managing a UCITS);

(gb) article 51ZB (acting as a trustee or depositary of a UCITS);

(gc) article 51ZC (managing an AIF);

(gd) article 51ZD (acting as a trustee or depositary of an AIF);

(ge) article 51ZE (establishing etc. a collective investment scheme);”.
