PART 1 E+W Introductory

Citation, extent and commencement E+W

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Building Regulations &c. (Amendment) Regulations 2013.

(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.

(3) These Regulations shall come into force on the day after they are laid.

Interpretation E+W

2.  In these Regulations—

“the 2010 Regulations” means the Building Regulations 2010(1);

“the Building Amendment Regulations” means the Building Regulations &c. (Amendment) Regulations 2012(2); and

“the EPB Regulations” means the Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) Regulations 2012(3).

Amendment of regulations E+W

3.  These Regulations amend the Building Amendment Regulations, the 2010 Regulations and the EPB Regulations.
