Coming into force in accordance with article 1
The Lord Chancellor makes the following Order in the exercise of the powers conferred by section 177(3) and (4)(b) of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009(1).
A draft of this instrument has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament in accordance with section 176(5) of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009.
