In section 8 of the Sale of Student Loans Act 2008 (consumer credit) M1—

(a)

after subsection (1) insert—

“(1A)

The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 does not regulate loans made in accordance with those regulations.”;

(b)

in subsection (2), for “This section” substitute “ Subsection (1) ”.
