In article 3(9) of the Education (Student Support) (Northern Ireland) Order 1998 M1, for the words from “for the purposes of any exemption” to the end of the subsection, substitute “ by article 60G(3)(d) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001 ”.
