The Health and Safety (Fees) Regulations 20125 are amended as follows.

In regulations 17(2)(c) and 24(6)(c) for “regulation 16(1) and (3)(b) of, and Schedules 1 and 4 to, the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2004” insert “Schedule 1 to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013”.
