Where a request is made to a person under section 9(1) of the Senior Courts Act 1981 before the commencement of these Regulations, Part 4 of Schedule 13 and paragraph 1 of Schedule 14 to the Crime and Courts Act 2013 are to be treated as if they had not come into force and section 9(1) of the Senior Courts Act shall continue to have effect as it did immediately before the commencement of these Regulations.
