Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1
The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 27A of the Constitutional Reform Act 20051, makes the following Regulations.
The Lord Chancellor has consulted all the persons listed in section 27A(3) of that Act before making these Regulations.
In accordance with section 27A(1) of that Act the President of the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom agrees to the making of these Regulations.
A draft of this instrument has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament in accordance with section 144(4) and (5)(za) of the Constitutional Reform Act 20052.
