3. In section 202 of the Broadcasting Act 1990(1), in subsection (1), for the definitions of “EEA Agreement” and “EEA State” substitute—
““EEA Agreement” and “EEA State” have the meaning given by Schedule 1 to the Interpretation Act 1978;(2)”.
