Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002

8.  In regulation 2 of the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002(1), in paragraph (1), for the definition of “EEA Agreement” substitute—

““EEA Agreement” has the meaning given by Schedule 1 to the Interpretation Act 1978;”.
