Removal, storage and disposal of motor vehicles15

Provided regulation 27(1)(a) or (b) of the Enforcement Regulations is satisfied, an authorised person may remove a motor vehicle and deliver it to a custodian for storage.

The custodian may dispose of the vehicle and its contents in the circumstances described in regulation 28 of the Enforcement Regulations.
