The Secretary of State has consulted the Registrar General in accordance with paragraph 4(4) of Schedule 23 to the Civil Partnership Act 20041.
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations, in exercise of the power conferred by paragraph 4 of Schedule 23 to that Act.
