SCHEDULE Consequential Amendments

The Police Pension (Northern Ireland) Regulations 2009

109.—(1) Regulation 72 is amended in accordance with this paragraph.

(2) In paragraph (aa)—

(a) in the words before sub-paragraph (i)—

(i) for “specified employee of SOCA” substitute “specified NCA officer”;

(ii) for “SOCA” (in each other place) substitute “NCA”;

(b) in sub-paragraph (i), for “SOCA” substitute “NCA”;

(c) in sub-paragraph (ii)—

(i) for “specified employee of SOCA” substitute “specified NCA officer”;

(ii) for “SOCA” (in the second place) substitute “NCA”.

(3) Omit paragraph (ab).

(4) In paragraph (c)—

(a) in the words before sub-paragraph (i)—

(i) for the words from “specified employee” to “policemen in Great Britain” substitute “specified NCA officer”;

(ii) for “SOCA” (in each other place) substitute “NCA”;

(b) in sub-paragraph (i), for “SOCA” substitute “NCA”;

(c) in sub-paragraph (ii)—

(i) for “specified employee of SOCA” substitute “specified NCA officer”;

(ii) for “SOCA” (in the second place) substitute “NCA”.

(5) Omit paragraph (d).
