SCHEDULE Transfer of functions

Amendments to the Gambling Act 2005

15.  For paragraph 8(1)(b) of Schedule 4 (the Gambling Commission) substitute—

“(b) a committee of the Commission consisting of—

(i) commissioners, or

(ii) one or more commissioners and one or more employees of the Commission, or”.
