(a)

in subsections (1) and (5), for “Gambling Commission” substitute “Commission”;

(b)

in subsection (7)—

(i)

in paragraph (a), for “Gambling Commission” substitute “Commission”; and

(ii)

in paragraph (b), omit “National Lottery”; and

(c)

omit subsection (8).
