Transfer of property and liabilitiesU.K.

5.—(1) Any property M1 held by the Agency immediately before the transfer date is on the transfer date transferred to the Secretary of State.

(2) Any criminal liabilities of the Agency are on the transfer date transferred to the National Health Service Litigation Authority M2.

(3) All other liabilities of the Agency are on the transfer date transferred to the Secretary of State.
