100. In article 2(1) of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 (Intervention Orders) Order 2006 M1 (persons to be consulted by relevant authority)—
(a)after sub-paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa)a clinical commissioning group;
(ab)the National Health Service Commissioning Board;”, and
(b)omit sub-paragraph (b).
