The Human Medicines Regulations 2012 M1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 213(1) (interpretation)—
(a)
““clinical commissioning group” means a body established under section 14D of the National Health Service Act 2006;”,
(b)
in the definition of “health authority”, omit paragraph (a),
(c)
omit the definition of “Health Protection Agency”,
(d)
““local authority” has the same meaning as in section 2B of the National Health Service Act 2006;”,
(e)
in the definition of “NHS body”—
