53.  In regulation 1(2) of the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (Appointments and Procedure) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2001 M1 (interpretation), in the definition of “health service body”—

(a)in paragraph (a), after “a health authority,” insert “ a clinical commissioning group, the National Health Service Commissioning Board, ”, and

(b)after paragraph (d) insert—

(da)the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence;

(db)the Health and Social Care Information Centre;.
