12.  The amendment made by paragraph 75(1) and (4)(b) of Schedule 2 does not affect the duty of a contractor under paragraph 89 of Schedule 5 to the Health and Personal Social Services (General Medical Services Contracts) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004 to co-operate with any investigation of a complaint which is begun by a Primary Care Trust and which continues to be investigated after 31st March 2013.U.K.
