28.—(1) The amendments made by paragraph 176 of Schedule 2 do not affect the continuing validity or effect of any patient group direction (within the meaning of Part 12 of the Human Medicines Regulations 2012 M1) which has effect immediately before 1st April 2013.
(2) Any such patient group direction is to have effect until it expires or is replaced.
