A company under the control of a body listed in F1paragraphs 6 to 24 of Part 1 of this Schedule where “under the control” has the same meaning as in section 68 or, as the case may be, 73 of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989 M1 (except that any direction given by the Secretary of State must be disregarded, and any references to a local authority treated as references to such a body).
