3. The following provisions of the Act shall come into force on 1st November 2013—
(a)section 9;
(b)sections 10 and 11 so far as not already in force;
(c)section 16(1);
(d)section 30(1) so far as is necessary to bring into force paragraphs 3(1), (2) and (4), 4, 8, 10, 11, 12 and 13 of Schedule 4;
(e)section 30(2) so far as is necessary to bring into force the entries in Schedule 5 relating to sections 305, 306, 307 and 308 of the Armed Forces Act 2006(1).
