Coming into force
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 92(2) and (4), 94(5), 105(1), (2)(a) and (3) and 108(1) of the Road Traffic Act 19881.
The Secretary of State has consulted with such representative organisations as thought fit in accordance with section 195(2)2 of that Act.
