This Order may be cited as the National Health Service Trust Development Authority (Establishment and Constitution) Amendment Order 2013 and comes into force on 1st April 2013.

In this Order—

• “the Establishment Order” means the National Health Service Trust Development Authority (Establishment and Constitution) Order 20122.
