SCHEDULE U.K. Exceptions to and modifications of the Trade Marks Act 1994 in its application to the Isle of Man

[F1 12C.— (1) Section 46 (revocation of registration) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (2)—

(a) after “a form” insert “(the “variant form”)”; and

(b) after “in which it was registered” insert “(regardless of whether or not the trade mark in the variant form is also registered in the name of the proprietor)”.]
