1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (External Investigations) Order 2013 and shall come into force on 11th November 2013.U.K.
(2) Part 1 extends to England and Wales and Northern Ireland only [F1, except for articles 21A to 21P which extend to England and Wales only.]
(3) Part 2 extends to Scotland only.
