In Part 27—
a
in rule 27.1, after paragraph (2), in the words in parentheses, for “£5,000” in each place it occurs, substitute “£10,000”;
b
in rule 27.5, for “27.14(3)(d)”, substitute “27.14(2)(f)”; and
c
in rule 27.14—
i
in paragraph (1) omit “unless paragraph (5 ) applies”; and
ii
omit paragraphs (5) and (6).
