Amendments to the School Governance (Roles, Procedures and Allowances) (England) Regulations 2013

3.  In regulation 26, after paragraph (9) insert—

“(10) Notwithstanding the requirements of regulation 22(2) and of paragraphs (4) and (5) of this regulation, the governing body may approve alternative arrangements for committee members to participate or vote at meetings of a committee including but not limited to by telephone or video conference.”
