None of the authorised development is to commence until a flood risk assessment reflecting the mitigation measures included in the environmental statement has been submitted to and approved in writing by the relevant planning authority, following consultation with the Environment Agency.

The authorised development must be carried out in accordance with any recommendations made in the flood risk assessment.
