2. In rule 10 of the Energy Supply Company Administration Rules 2013(1) (manner in which service to be effected)—
(a)in paragraph (6)(a) for “Part 4 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000(2)” substitute “Part 4A of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000(3)”; and
(b)in paragraph (6)(b)(ii)(bb) after “Part 4” insert “or Part 4A”.
