38. The Animal By-Products (Enforcement) (England) Regulations 2013 M1 are amended as follows —
(a)In [F1regulation 10(2)(a)], for “regulation 5(6) of the Food Hygiene (England) Regulations 2006” substitute “ regulation 5(9) of the Food Safety and Hygiene (England) Regulations 2013 ”;
(b)In [F2regulation 21(8)], for “regulation 5(2) of the Food Hygiene (England) Regulations 2006” substitute “ regulation 5(2) of the Food Safety and Hygiene (England) Regulations 2013 ”.
