8.  In regulation 13, in paragraph (4), for “regulation 19(3)(b), 20(1) or 20A(1)” substitute—

“(a) regulation 19(3)(b), 20(1) or 20A(1); or

(b) regulation 21B(2), where that decision was taken in the preceding twelve months.”.
