Declaration of EEE producer registration number U.K.

21.  A producer or where one has been appointed, an authorised representative, [F1 must] declare either—

(a) his EEE producer registration number; or

(b) the producer registration number of the producer that he has been appointed to represent;

to any distributor to whom he intends to sell, sells, or otherwise supplies EEE.
